Tractorland is a family owned business that wanted a modern building design to stand out from the competition. The building is designed with both a retail and service area and built with a prominent hood to protect the structure from the elements.
This 16,000 square foot building in High River includes a service shop and wash bay, as well as administrative offices.
The project includes many innovative green building technologies to save on operating costs and environmental footprint, including solar shading devices, insulated perimeter grade beams, thermally efficient roof and wall systems, and high efficiency lighting and HVAC systems.
This new facility boasts 90 foot wide clear span straight trusses and straight columns to maximize the shop area, and 40 foot wide clear span straight trusses and straight columns to provide a open-plan showroom.
